Dennis Joe O’Neill was born in Oakland, California on September 16, 1944 to Mary Liguori (Gartz) and Joseph John O’Neill. Dennis proudly served his country in the United States Navy, where he retired as a chief boatswain’s mate. He earned numerous medals and awards during his time of service. Dennis could often be found fishing at the lake and tinkering with cars.
To cherish his memory, Dennis leaves behind his children, Renee Kern (Rod), Sean O’Neill, Christina McMillian (Ken), Letitia Jean O’Neill, Lisa Clark, Lori June Smith (David), and Dennis W. O’Neill (Katie). He is also survived by three sisters, Linda Bauer, Lana Bryson, and Debbie Brumit, as well as fifteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
