Elmer was born one of 17 children in Oklahoma to Tillman T. Neal Sr. and Velma Marie Sykes Neal on February 5, 1942. Elmer was an electrician and then a long haul truck driver for many years. He loved to spend time outdoors, fishing, and camping with his family. Elmer was generous with his love and resources and would often help those in need.
Elmer is survived by his wife of 22 years, the love of his life, Pauline E. Neal, Daughter, Kathy F. Neal; Grandson, Roger Wageck III; Great-grandson, Konor C. Wageck; Granddaughter, Denice Barton and Family; Daughter-in-law, Joni Wageck and children, 3 brothers, 3 sisters, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Elmer will be held Thursday, May 11, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Sunny Lane Funeral Home, 4000 Se 29th Street, Del City, OK 73115. A Celebration of Life will occur Friday, May 12, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Sunny Lane Funeral Home.
