Eva Rae Jackson

Eva Rae Jackson, 80, passed away on October 14, 2015 at Tuttle Care Center in Tuttle, OK. Eva was born on December 24, 1934 in Scipio, OK to John Marion Snowder and Florence Necie (Burgin) Snowder. The family later moved to McAlester, OK where Eva met Lewis “Jack” Deal Jackson and they were married on June 2nd, 1951. Eva and Jack had three (3) children. They were a military family and lived in many places across the United States and even in Germany. Eva enjoyed reading, crocheting, being a homemaker and enjoyed traveling with Jack and family members across America. She also enjoyed a hobby of filming their trips, family occasions and life in general. She was preceded in death by her parents and six (6) siblings, her husband “Jack” and son Daniel. Survivors include her son, Steve Jackson and wife, Marilynn, daughter, Deborah Bartmess and husband, Jerry; grandchildren, Christy Marsley, Brian Jackson and wife Angela, Samantha Jackson and Cassandra Jackson; great-grandchildren, Andrew Marsley, Ava Jackson-Trout, Jameson Jackson. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at the Ft. Sill National Cemetery, Elgin, OK. Condolences may be offered at www.eisenhourfuneral.com
