Grover Clyde Weatherly

Grover Clyde Weatherly, Jr. 70, passed away on June 16, 2015 in Oklahoma City, OK. He was born on May 1, 1945 in Shreveport, LA and was raised by Grover Clyde Sr. and Frances Earline (Farmer) Weatherly, Sr.

Grover worked for many years in the construction business as a heavy equipment operator and also as a mechanic. Grover enjoyed working and framing jigsaw puzzles, drag racing, watching old westerns, American Pickers, Storage Wars and traveling.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, John Earl Weatherly. Survivors include his wife, Linda Weatherly; children, James Clyde Weatherly (Sheila), Kimberly Elizabeth Kaple, Teresa Edman (Rick); grandchildren, Jordan Tanee Dreyer, Kayla Renae Cantrell (Walter), James Christopher Weatherly, Angel Giessinger, Lindsey Kaple, Taeler Giessinger, Jaysen William Weatherly, Donald Edman (Sabra), Angela Hoke (Joey), Kourtney Wilcox (Charles); great-grandchildren, Jayla Dreyer, Benjamin and Camdyn Cantrell, Jaidynn Loveless, Danika, Noel, Donald, and Dale Edman, Nathan, Madi, Alyssa, and Destiny Hoke, Hayden Wilcox, and two on the way; siblings, Vera Ramirez (Fred), James “Bobo” Weatherly (Cynthia), Jennifer Sue Boyett (David), Thelma Nelson (Kenny); sister-in-law, Kim Weatherly; and numerous extended family and friends that will miss him dearly.
