

Hugh Ann Goodacre was born on August 8th, 1942 in Eufaula, Oklahoma. The daughter of Turney and Wynoma (Urquhart) Greenhaw. Hugh Ann and David Goodacre were united in marriage on February 8th, 1964 in Morris, Oklahoma. She attended Oklahoma State University. Hugh Ann was a gifted Dress Designer and created gorgeous wedding, prom, and pageant dresses. Hugh Ann was a member of the First Moore Baptist Church and loved volunteering. She was a truly sweet and caring woman who was loved by all. Hugh Ann cared for nothing more than her love for family, friends, and God.
She was an honest and trustworthy woman, which is a rare quality. She was an exceptional wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to those who knew and loved her. We are blessed to have known her and she will be forever missed. Hugh Ann was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, David Goodacre; her daughter and son-in-law Dana and Tony Gray; and her brother, Charles Hopkins.
She is survived by her daughter, Cindy Elaine Gooding and husband, Michael Gooding of Oklahoma City; grandchildren, Amber Dawson and husband, Evan Dawson, Shae Gooding, Blaze Gray and wife, Dara Gray, Jared Gray and wife, Kaylee Gray, Zaria Gray, and Alexa Gray; great grandchildren, Ashur Watts, Arilynd Dawson, Colsen Gray, and Carter Gray; and a host of nephews and nieces.
She passed away on May 9th, 2021 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 14th at Sunny Lane funeral Home from 4pm to 8pm. The funeral Service will be held at the First Moore Baptist Church at 2:30pm, Saturday, May 15th with Deacon Paul Tanguay officiating. Burial to follow at Sunny Lane Cemetery.
