James Wendell Waters, 77, passed away at the Midwest City Regional Medical Center in Midwest City, Oklahoma on October 26, 2012. James was born on Septembe 2, 1935 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Leroy and Pearl (Arnold) Waters. James was a Quality Control Inspector in civil service for many years. He is survived by his loving wife Lucy Anne Waters.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, November 1, 2012 at the Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel in Del City, Oklahoma.
