John Kirk Jr.

John graduated from Lemon Street High school in Georgia. Shortly after graduation he joined the United States Air Force, where he would meet the love of his life, Paula Ann Kirk. Together they would raise three sons Allistair “Al” Kirk, Jonathan Kirk and John “John John” Kirk III. He was Papa to his grandson Christian and Cameron Kirk and Great Grandpa to his beautiful great granddaughter Nazarii Oriah Kirk.

John and Paula were married 52 yrs. There are Lots of memories accumulated over half a century between the two including their favorite past time traveling the world together. Visiting many countries including Italy, Saudi Arabia, Okinawa Japan, and Korea amongst many others. When he wasn’t traveling he enjoyed watching movies with Al, attending Jonathan’s sporting events, and working on cars with John John. Papa was looking forward to playing golf with Christian and restoring his GTO with Cameron.

John retired from USAF, squadron 963 AWACS. He served 25 yrs. achieving multiple awards and honors. John was a scratch golfer who loved his family, his cars, working on the yard, talking to his brothers and inspiring others to be the best they can be.

We’re going to miss you John, honey, dad, papa!
