Johnny Clifton Payne, 83 of Duncan, OK passed away November 13, 2015 in Chickasha, OK. He was born October 30, 1932 in Davis, OK to John Payne and Leona (Majors) Payne. Johnny married Mildred Aline Watson May 8, 1949 in Ardmore, OK. Johnny and Mildred lived in Perkins, OK for many years before moving to Duncan in 1989.
Johnny is survived by 4 children Connie Konrad and husband John, Marylin Arthur and husband Ted, Jerry Payne and wife Veronica, and Julie Miller and husband Troy; 13 grandchildren Jim Konrad and wife Kathryn, Katy Lauerman and husband Jim, Bob Konrad and fiancé Rachel O’Brien, Ginger Goss and husband Jake, Lindsey Payne and fiancé Ty Gould, Sarah Konrad, Colten Heldermon, Shelby Miller, Cashe Heldermon, Jaime Roberts, Weston Miller, Ethan Roberts and Cy Heldermon; 3 great grandchildren Kelsey Lauerman, Jack Konrad and Timber Goss. He was preceded in death by his wife Mildred in 2003.
Visitation will be 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at Don Grantham Funeral Home, Duncan, OK
Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at Friendship Baptist Church, Comanche, OK with interment at 3:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Stillwater, OK.
