Jose “Pepe” Ochoa

Jose “Pepe” Ochoa, 58, of Del City, passed away February 17, 2018. He was born March 28, 1959 in Julimez, Chihuahua, Mexico, the son of Juan and Prici Ochoa. Jose had lived in Oklahoma for the past 37 years. He was a Machinist by trade and enjoyed fixing cars, playing the guitar and playing pool. He also enjoyed spending time with his mother, brothers, children and grandchildren. Jose loved the Lord and always reminded his family to pray. He was preceded in death by his father, Juan Ochoa; granddaughter, Alexus Ochoa-Dockins; great-granddaughter, Maliyah Grace Childs and a sister, Nena Samaniego. He is survived by his mother, Prici Ochoa of Chihuahua, Mexico; the mother of his children, Juanita Ochoa of Oklahoma City; his children, Jimmy Mendoza and wife Shawnda, Rachel Pettis and husband Neyland all of Oklahoma City, Graciella Gonzales and husband Jesse of Midwest City, Amelia Ochoa-Dockins and husband Marlon of Del City, Veronica Norwood and husband Danny, Saraih Ochoa and Blanca Ochoa all of Oklahoma City; brothers, Ramon Ochoa and wife Raquel of Los Cruces, New Mexico, Fernando Ochoa and wife Gloria of Dallas, Texas and Antonio Ochoa and wife Mireya of Moore; brother-in-law, Miguel Samaniego of Los Cruces, New Mexico; best friend, Carol Gipson of Oklahoma City. 28 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 21, 2018 from 4 pm to 8 pm and Thursday, February 22, 2018 from 8 am to 5 pm. Funeral services will be held Friday, February 23, 2018 at 11 am at the Chapel of Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, 5005 SE 29th Street, Del City, OK.
