Julia Julie E. Phillips

Julie was an amazing woman who touched many lives. None more so than her children who thought the world of her. She was born in Williamsburg, Kentucky, on July 29, 1933, where she graduated High School. She then moved to Ohio and then to Oklahoma, where she remained for the rest of her life. Julie had two sons, Lee and Randy and their wives Kristi and Amber and five grandchildren: LeeLee, Maegan, Kourtney, Kristian and Mason and three great grandchildren: Adrie, Ariston and Rylee. Not a day went by that she didn’t ask about all of them. She loved them all very much. Julie also had five stepsons: Billie Joe, James Houston, Ronnie, Johnny and one stepson, Robert Earl, who passed away before Julie met their wonderful Father Phil and eventually became Grandma Julie to many grandchildren and great grandchildren on Phil’s side of the family. Julie was married to her loving husband, Phil, for 32 years before he passed in 2002 and I’m sure that Phil’s been waiting for her in Heaven ever since. Everyday when she came home, the first thing she said when she walked through the door was “Honey, I’m home” and now she truly is home.

Services will be 2:00 PM Monday, March 14, 2011 at Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel with interment at Sunny Lane Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, Del City, OK.
