Karen Fay Smith – Pearson was born on January, 11 1952. She passed away on October, 27 2021. She achieved her Master’s Degree in Music and was a vocal instructor for 46 years. She was a choir leader at Sacred Heart Church and musician for English and bi lingual services for 13 years. She also owned The Academy of Vocal Arts.
She loved watching television during her free time. She loved traveling abroad . Karen played the piano for many churches and wrote many plays and songs. Her proudest moment was directing a play at Cameran University.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Fay Pearson and Alzada Pearson. She is survived by her husband; Vincent Smith. Cousins; Karen and Billy Pamplin, their sons; Colter and Sterling Pamplin. She will be missed by all of her students. In the last years, people who transported her to and from church; Patrick Mugenorg, Michael Landoll and family, Patrick Ingle.
