Leveat enjoyed her TV shows, playing bingo, shopping, going to the movies, traveling, watching sports, and spending time with her beloved family.

She was preceded in death by her father; sisters, Katie Hall and Hazel Brown; and grandmother, Edna Kennedy. Survivors include her loving husband of 12 years, David; mother, Ella Brown; children, Benesha Brown (Amos Grant), Clyde Lee, Leondrick and Antonio Brown; step-children, Tiffany and David White, Jr.; grandchildren, Montrell Milligan, Lorenzo Carlisle, Mon'te and Ma'liyah Pittman, Aaliyah Brown; siblings, Howard Brown (Carolyn), Ella Dixon (Rodney), Ella Abraham, Matilda Anderson (Eugene), Margaret Hendrix, Genobia Brown; God-children, Pia Wiggins, Cory Mosley, Orlandas Denson; a host of nieces and nephews; and her best friend Katrina Abraham.

Leveat Denise White, 45, passed away on May 1, 2013. Leveat was born on July 6, 1967 in Texarkana, TX to Ernest Climant Campbell and Ella Mae Jackson.
