Mary Christine Bowman, 61, of Moore, passed away June 22, 2017 in Norman. She was born February 20, 1956 at Sewart Air Force Base, Smyrna, Tennessee, the daughter of Murphy and Mary Olive (Thompson) Bowman. Mary had lived in Moore for the past 12 years, moving from Northern California. She enjoyed collecting Elvis, Beatles and Barbie memorabilia. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, John and Mary Thompson; aunts, Joan, Mavis and Eileen and uncles, Harold, Leslie and Peter. She is survived by her parents, Murphy and Mary Bowman of Moore; brothers, Robert “Bob” Bowman and wife Vinceen of Moore and Paul Bowman of San Bernardino, California; nephew and niece, Ryan Bowman and Katie Bowman and an uncle, Joe Thompson of St. Helens, England. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at 10am at Sunny Lane Cemetery.
