Mavis Darlene Smith, 77, passed away December 23, 2010. She was born November 24, 1933 in Wanette, OK to Henry and Fannie (Brown) Ward. She taught at the Oklahoma School for the Deaf in Sulphur, was on a bowling league and was the family historian. She is survived by 1 son: Benny Pidgue; 3 daughters: Glenna Dozier, Jennifer Reeder, Janice Weldon; 4 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
