Montene "Tena" Rodgers, 90, passed away July 3, 2011. Tena was born April 18, 1921 in Calderwood, TN to John Magee and Hettie (Nuchols) Long. She grew up in Akron, Ohio and moved to Oklahoma in 1945. Tena retired from Macklenburg-Duncan.
She is survived by her son, Jerry McNeild and wife Mondy of Richmond, Texas; daughter, Linda Pedone of Colorado Springs, Colorado; grandsons, Bob McNeil and wife Mary Sue of Shawnee, Oklahoma, Jason Pedone of Holliman A.F.B., New Mexico; granddaughter, Jennifer Stevens and husband Aaron of Portland, Oregon; great-grandchildren, Emily, Courtney and Lindsey Pedone, Payton and Piper McNeil, and Samantha Stevens. Tena was preceded in death by one grandson, Bret R. McNeil.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, July 8, 2011 at the Del City Christian Church. Arrangements under the direction of Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, Del City, OK.
