Norm was "the" VOR expert at AML.. he was an icon, with his white shirts and black tie.. he was the most dedicated FAA employee I have ever had the pleasure to know.

Norm and I worked together for about 7 years in the 90's.  Although he taught me so much, my favorite time with him was swapping jokes.  I couldn't believe the humor he had, even late in life. A smile, a laugh, a wink and a nod was his way of life. God bless you Norm for bring a smile to my face every time I was around you.

Uncle Norman was one of the BEST UNCLES in the WORLD!! We will MISS him very much!!! He always had a smile... I can't recall him nor my AUNT BETTY mad.. We love you and, miss you!!!

I had known Norm for 10 years, and enjoyed him very much. Always interesting, and fun to talk with. I will miss him dearly.

It was a pleasure to work with you Norm.
We joked a lot about the end days.

It was an honor to have worked with Norm. He was the epitome of the worlds best electronic technician. His work ethic, depth of knowledge of electronics and the 2GenVORTAC, and his commitment to the FAA were legendary. Never got to know the off duty Norm but it is certain that he treated his family with the same level of dedication and commitment. We are all very fortunate to have known a man of Norman H. Stevenson's caliber.

Dear Stevenson Family - I have enjoyed to work with Norman in AML-7000 for 12 yrs and he's a great co-worker to share his long time experienced on the electronic equipment. Also, he has a great sample of gratitude throughout his entire career within 61-yrs. Norm will be missed and there will NEVER be forgotten him.  May the Lord be with and bless you in all families and friends.

I worked with Norm for ten years at the FAALC.  Norm was highly respected as a superior electronics specialist thruout the FAA. I had great admiration for him as a person and family man. May the Lord comfort and strengthen the family during their time of grief.

I remember Norm at the FAA Aeronautical Center in the 60s & 70s. He was always busy working in the shops on some piece of electronic equipment. He always was a hard worker and fixed a lot of problem equipment. He had a lot of energy and always liked what he was doing. Also, he set an example for his coworkers and really got along well with everyone.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

I was fortunate to have known Norman most of my life. He was a great friend who always had a smile and a wave every time I saw him. It saddens me to know that he is no longer with us, yet he will always be in our hearts. Prayers and condolences to family and friends as we remember a great man.

Thank you Norman for all of the times you drove us to the skating rink and took us for ice cream. You were a great dad and I loved you very much. Sharon McDonald (Hulsey)
