Ruth Lee Haynie Sanders

Ruth was a very selfless and giving person. She helped anyone who needed it, and would never let anything get her down, no matter what happened. She was a very hard worker, and held down three jobs to support her children. Even with life's struggles and difficulties she never let it affect her attitude, and she also remained a very happy person. She loved all animals, especially horses, and loved living the country life. Her favorite thing to enjoy was a Large Banana Split from Braum's.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Mildred Howe; her children, Lowell Lee Jr., Mildred Frances Lawson, Domer Ray Lee, Ruthie Louise Wadkins, and Paul Wayne Lee; four grandchildren; and siblings Alice, Jeannie, Margaret, Raymond, and Arthur.

She is survived by her children, Darlene Dixon of Waco, Texas, Angel Ailey (husband Randy) of Meeker, OK, Lois Marie Bates of Antlers, OK, Jackie Lynn Lee of Prague, OK, and Sherry Lynn Burns (husband Craig) of Prague, OK; her siblings Mary and Elizabeth; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and other family and friends.

A visitation for Ruth will be held Thursday, May 8, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home at Sunny Lane Cemetery, 4000 SE 29th Street, Del City, OK 73115. A graveside service will occur Friday, May 9, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Sunny Lane Cemetery, 4000 SE 29th St., Del City, OK 73115.
