Stanley was born on January 4, 1957, in Odessa, Texas. He later made his home in Oklahoma City, where he spent many years building a life rooted in hard work, family, and the simple pleasures he loved most.
Stanley retired from the City of Oklahoma City Water Line Maintenance, a career that reflected his strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in doing things right. He was a man who enjoyed working with his hands and was happiest when he was outdoors. Fishing, camping, and hunting were among his favorite pastimes, offering him peace, purpose, and time to connect with others and nature.
He was preceded in death by his father, Larry Gene Frazee; his mother, Naomi Ann Parks; his two brothers; and his sister.
Stanley is survived by his children and grandchildren, who will carry forward his memory, stories, and the lessons he shared through both words and actions. He will be remembered for his quiet strength, practical skills, and love for the outdoors, as well as the dedication he showed to his work and family.
His life leaves a lasting imprint on those who knew and loved him.
