Ted E. Kirk

He was an adventurous soul and loved to create music. Ted could play the guitar, bass, and keyboard. In addition to his love of music, Ted also had a love for Jesus and was an ordained minister.

Ted is survived by his loving wife, Sherry Ann Kirk; children, Donnie Kirk of Lawton, OK, Melissa Shockley of Oklahoma City, Jessica Kirk of Oklahoma City, Matthew Kirk of Oklahoma City; siblings, Kenneth Kirk of Marlow, OK, Debbie Chew of Lawton, OK, Buddy Kirk of Marlow, OK, Terry Kirk of Diamond, MO, Alvin Kirk of Disney, OK, Eddie Wayne Kirk of Baxter Springs, KS, Penny Kirk of Miami, OK, Elizabeth Sharbutt of Miami, OK, Ellie Brunner of Miami, OK, Jimmy Palmer of Commerce, OK, Angel Dawn Kirk of Miami, OK, Anastasia Kirk of Commerce, OK, and grandchildren Dakota Kirk and Serenity Shockley of Oklahoma City. Ted also leaves behind a host of numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends to cherish his memory.

A funeral service will be held 1:00pm Tuesday July 24, 2018 at Del City First Church of the Nazarene. Burial will immediately follow at Verden Cemetery in Verden, Oklahoma.
