Terri Lynne Perkins Smith

Terri Lynn Smith was born in Amarillo, Texas on October 16, 1963. She married a Kansas boy, Kim David Smith and they settled in Oklahoma City to raise their boys. She worked for Conway Freight in Oklahoma City as a customer service representative. She loved playing candy crush, keeping up with friends on Facebook, adding to her collection of Barbie dolls and making cross stitching projects. However there was nothing she loved more than spending time with her family, especially her grandsons. She will be truly missed by her loving family and many adoring friends.

Terri was preceded in death by her dad James Perkins and her nieces Reba Nelson and Kayla Conner. She leaves behind her Husband Kim David Smith, Sons Shawn Smith and David Smith, Mother Louise Perkins, Brother James Perkins Jr., Sisters Paula Duvall and Julie Meeley, Sister-in –laws Sheila (Smith) Dodd, Tina Smith, Brother-in-law Jerry Meeley, Nephews Daniel Meeley, James Perkins III, Derek Perkins, Willy Dodd, Steve Armstrong, Nieces Justine Nelson, Andrea Meeley, Jennifer Meeley, Ehlana Perkins, Brandy Armstrong, Great-Nephews Kaden Meeley, Thomas Dodd, Tucker Dodd, Zach Armstrong, Great-Nieces Rayleigh Perkins and Hannah Armstrong as well as many friends and family.
