Virginia Kathleen Wilfong, 93 year-old resident of Midwest City, OK, passed away on Dec. 19, 2017 in Midwest City, OK. Born September 9, 1924, she was the daughter of Charles Christison and Ella (Bond) Christison. Virginia worked for over 30 years for C.R. Anthony’s as a sales clerk and doing alterations. She was a longtime member of the Capitol Hill Assembly of God Church. Virginia loved crocheting, sewing, and going to the thrift store or a garage sale. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Thomas Harrison Wilfong in 1994, 2 sons, Jimmy Williams and Tommy Wilfong, and 1 daughter, Donna Dewberry. Survivors include 2 daughters, Sharron Bullock of OKC, OK; and Sue and her husband William Terry of OKC, OK; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at Sunny Lane Funeral Home, 4000 SE 29th St., Del City, OK 73115 with burial to follow in Sunny Lane Cemetery. Viewing hours will be from 11-5 Saturday and from 1-4 p.m. Sunday at Sunny Lane Funeral Home.
