Jack was a World War II Army veteran. He was a cement finisher, but really a jack of all trades. Most of all, he was a loving father, husband, grandfather and friend to all.
Jack is survived by his loving wife LaDonna of 69 years; sons, Doug (wife Anita), Rusty (wife Kim), and Clint; sisters Mozelle Sylvester and Darlene Coleman; brother Raymond Gately; 7 grandchildren, Bryan Gately, Josh W. Gately, Sarah Johnson, Ryan Gately, Timothy Gately, Melanie Gately-Veloso, and Kristen York; 4 great-grandchildren, Ryan Lee Gately, Takota Gately, Gavin York, and Riley Johnson; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Visitation for Jack will be held from 12pm to 8pm Friday, November 16, 2018 at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home in Del City; family will be present to greet friends from 5 to 7pm. Funeral services will be at 2pm Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home with burial to follow at Sunny Lane Cemetery in Del City.
