Nancy Ray Viator

DELCAMBRE – A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted for Nancy Ray Viator, age 54, at 3:00 pm Friday July 18, 2014 at with Fr. Gary Schexnayder officiating. Interment will follow at Our Lady of the Lake Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 9:30 am Friday until service time with a Rosary at 11:00 am.

A native of Erath and resident of Delcambre, Nancy passed away at 10:24 am on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at her residence.

Nancy enjoyed going to the casino, bingo, shooting pool, watching TV, coloring and making puzzles. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family, children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughters, Raven Champagne, Lacey Champagne and Amber Chandler; one son, Damas Chandler; five granddaughters, Breanna Lisenby, Braitlyn Lisenby, Leila Lee, Nevaeh Lee and Danae Lee; her father, Fernand Viator; one sister, Fran Menard and husband John Kirk Menard; two brothers, Gene Viator and wife Patricia and Ted Viator and wife Donna and one brother in law, Michael Delcambre all of Delcambre.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Vivian LeBlanc Viator and one sister, Sara V. Delcambre.

Pallbearers will be Gene Viator, Jimmy St. Marie, Trevor Comeaux, Kevin Menard, Justin Touchard, Nicholas Viator and Robbie Stanbouly.
