Jay is survived by his wife Tracy in Delray Beach, mother Carol Thomson, father Monty Thomson and sister Elissa White in Virginia Beach. Jay was an avid outdoorsmen that could often be found fishing, hiking, cycling, or snowboarding. His enthusiasm for life was contagious, even in the face of illness. Jay will be remembered as a loving husband, dedicated friend and an exceptional human being with a incredible sense of humor.
