

Rosary will be at 6:30 P.M., Sunday, January 29, 2012 at St. Patrick Church, 314 N. Rusk Ave., Denison, TX 75020.
Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 A.M., Monday, January 30, 2012 at St. Patrick Catholic Church with Rev. Stephen Mocio officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery, 610 US Hwy. 69, Denison, TX 75020.
Pallbearers will be Joe Vincent, Josh Vincent, Mike Finke, Larry Finke, John Schnitker and Mark Schnitker. Honorary pallbearers will be J. D. Schnitker, Ronnie Schnitker, Charles Allen and Ron Finke.
Helen was born October 22, 1923 in Pottsboro, Texas, the daughter of August Finke and Ruth Davis Finke. She married Joseph E. Schnitker on June 16, 1943 in Denison. He preceded her in death on May 14, 1981.
Helen was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Denison; past president of St. Patrick Catholic Daughters; past president of St. Patrick Altar Society; treasurer of St. Vincent de Paul Society; worked for Civil Service for 20 years at Kelly AFB in San Antonio, Perrin Field in Denison, and Carswell AFB in Ft. Worth. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend; loved to watch her grandchildren show their animals; loved to work in her church and loved to travel.
She is survived by son Bob Schnitker & wife JoAnn of Dorchester, Texas; brother Ralph Finke & wife Elizabeth of Pottsboro; grandchildren Becky Vincent & husband Jimmy of Howe, Brad Schnitker of Plainview, Texas, Gary Schnitker & wife Erin of Whitesboro, Texas; great-grandchildren Joe & wife Kelli, Josh & financee Chyna Tinney & Jennifer Vincent, J. D. Schnitker, Starlyn Schnitker; great-great-grandchild Tucker Wade Vincent.
She is preceded in death by husband Joe, infant son August Eugene, parents August & Ruth, brothers Henry & Carl Finke and sister Pauline Heitman.
