

The family will be at Bratcher Funeral Home for visitation Sunday, May 3, 2015 from 3:00-4:30 P.M.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, May 4, 2015 at Fairview Cemetery Chapel.
David was born January 4, 1936 in Denison, Texas. His mother was Lillian Worsham McAnaney and father was Patrick McAnaney.
David attended and graduated from Denison public schools. He was a member of the Denison High School Band and marched in the President Eisenhower inauguration parade in Washington D.C. and was a life-long member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Denison.
David graduated from Southeastern University in Durant, Oklahoma where he was an accomplished baseball player, being given a position in the professional minor league. He later earned a master’s degree in teaching and taught history and was a baseball coach at Southeastern University.
He served proudly in the United States Army as a First Lieutenant for several years and earned his master dental laboratory degree at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, Texas. David married Linda Ann Spradling and resided in Denison, Texas. He was co-owner in Simmons Dental Laboratory with Mathew Simmons.
He is survived by his lovely wife Linda McAnaney, his son Dr. Stephen McAnaney and wife Felicia McAnaney
