Joel Ljungkull

Joel was born Friday, April 18, 1952 in St. Paul, Minnesota, the son of Lars and Donna Ljungkull. He had a great love of Jaguars and belonged to the North Texas Jaguar Club; was an engineer at heart because he could fix anything; was owner/operator of a rental property business. He had a great love of cooking and loved sailing.

He is survived by his wife Paula of Denison, Texas; daughter Lindsay Clark and husband Brad of Los Angeles, California; son Christopher Ljungkull and wife Risë of Concord, California; brother Stephen Friend; sister Sara Ljungkull; grandchildren Oliver Clark, Amelia Clark and Willa Ljungkull.

He is predeceased by his parents and brother Richard Friend.

There will be a memorial service at 2:00 pm, Saturday, January 23, 2016 at Bratcher Funeral Home in Denison, Texas.
