Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, March 14, 2015 at Oakridge Cemetery in Denison.
She was born Thursday, November 19, 1936 in Pampa, Texas, the daughter of Emmett W. Watkins and Mary Elizaebeth Huey Watkins. She was a homemaker and a member of Oakridge Baptist Church in Denison. She was married to Merle William Winters until his death in May, 2014.
She is survived by daughters Debra Vick, Teri Winters; sisters Carolyn Faulkner, June Spangler, Alma Watkins; grandchildren Todd Alan Thompson, Cory Vick and 3 great-grandchildren.
