Troy Houston Hooper

Memorial service will be at 6:30 P.M., Thursday, November 15, 2012 at Bratcher Funeral Home with Horace Groff officiating.

Troy was born June 2, 1936 in Center, Texas to Monroe and Tobitha Byrd Hooper. He worked nineteen years for the City of Denison as Superintendent of the Water Department. He was a Baptist and 32 degree Mason of Lone Star Masonic Lodge #403 and a Shriner.

He is survived by three sons Troy and wife Dianna Hooper of Denison, Texas, Richard and wife Anita Hooper of Pottsboro, Texas, Jason Hooper Denison, Texas; twelve grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren and longtime friend Evelyn Smith of Lompoc, California.

He is preceded in death by his parents, daughter Judy, brother Grady Hooper and grandsons Josh and Jody.
