Regarded by her family as a true angel, Bertha always put the needs of everyone else before her own and was someone her family knew they could depend on. She loved to travel and see the world whenever possible. Even if she had to travel alone, nothing would stop her determination.
She is survived by her son Lyle, her granddaughter Sara, and her nieces and nephews.
She joins her the heavenly side of her son, Michael, and her late husband, Bernard Yacovetta, who she will rest with peacefully at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at Olinger Hampden Mortuary & Cemetery, 8600 East Hampden Ave, Denver, CO 80231, US, on April 16, 2026, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, and again on April 17, 2026, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
