

Bobby was born to Edna, on August 16, 1943, in Altoona Alabama. He was welcomed by loving grandparents and an older brother, Jim. Later he greeted a brother, Arville and three sisters. Nancy, Ethel and Judy. He went to Altoona High School, where he played football, as a center and baseball as a pitcher. His senior year he was class president. In 1963 when he graduated from High School, he joined the Air Force. He spent 20 years in the Air Force. He met a lot of great people, many of whom he is still friends with. He also got to go to different places.
On August 19, 1971, Bob and Mary met in Oregon. On August 5, 1972, they became a blended family. Odette, Tammra and Steve became a family and Bob's priority.
In 1978, he got orders for Lowry Air Force Base. Little did we know this would become our permanent home. In 1984 He started working for Rocky Flats. He spent 20 years with them. He became friends with so many loving people, whose friendship he treasured. He was fun loving, and liked to play jokes on friends. He loved being outdoors hiking in the mountains and taking pictures. He also enjoyed rock formations.
Anyone who truly knew Bob, knew that we was one of the most caring, giving, understanding person out there. You know that your friendship was important to him.
Bob is survived by his wife, Mary McGlaughn, two daughters, Odette Choucaira, Tammra Nash and one son, Steve McGlaughn. Eleven grandchildren and one great grandson. One brother Arville Mooneyham, three sisters, Nancy Smith, Ethel Britton, Judy Friend and sister-in-law Vonnie McGlaughn.
