My beautiful Mother! You are missed unbelievably terribly much. It still pains the same as the day you passed away. I've  have been taking my son to Dr. Siersma's office for the last 3 years, which is where we met Carol.  Even when I know she was struggling, dealing with her illness, her warmth, caring, kindness, and optimism, never wavered.  I only learned about her passing today, when I had to call to make an appointment and she didn't answer the phone.  She touched so many lives and will be greatly missed.  I'm just so glad we got to know her, even just a little.  Karen and Daniel Steinhauser

I was a patient at Dr. Siersma's office so I saw Carol on most of my visits.  Carol was a very nice person and part of the very friendly atmosphere.  May God bless her family.

Our son is a patient of Siersma's where we had quite a bit of contact with Carol. I never saw Carol without a smile on her face.  She radiated beauty and elegance even when she had no hair on her head. She was a true inspiration and will be deeply missed. May her sweet spirit rest in peace.

I saw Carol at every visit to the orthodontist with my girls.  She was always ready with a kind greeting and kept us all organized.  We will miss her.   Steff Clothier

We, the ladies at the FBC early morning prayer meeting, were so blessed by her determination to join us every week she could, right up to the end of her life. She was a faithful courageous woman of prayer! We loved her and will miss her.
