1923-2014
Emily F. Clark was born on July 24, 1923 to George and Frances Foster. She received her BA from the University of Cincinnati in 1959 and her MA from Arizona State University is 1970. She became an elementary school teacher in 1958 and retired in 1988. Emily met Herbert N. Clark while attending
George Williams YMCA College. They married in June of 1948. She is survived by her daughter, Jaclyn Morrow; her grandchildren, Curtis Kinney and Allison Ballard; her great grandchildren, Alauna Ballard, Nathan Ballard, Maxwell Kinney and Wesley Kinney. She was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years; her son, Doug Clark; her parents; her sisters, Lucile Kreuzer and Anne McGee; and a granddaughter, Marissa Kinney. A memorial service will be with those who sadly miss her greeting smile at Calvary Baptist Church at 6500 E. Girard Avenue in Denver on Tuesday May 13, 2014 at 10 AM.
