He is survived by his wife of 56 years, June A. Kirtright and daughter, Christine Ann (James M.) Amsbury.
Evan attended the University of Northern Colorado upon his return home from the service.
He was a forman in the gas department of the public service company for 35 years, retiring April 1, 1993.
