Harry Norman Gray, age 77, of Pittsburgh, PA, passed away in Denver, CO on September 1, 2025, at the Medical Center of Aurora due to heart and lung failure.
Born on June 11, 1948, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Harry was the beloved son of Norman and Mary Jean (Morris) Gray. He spent much of his life in Shaler Township, PA, where he built a life filled with joy, friendship, and a deep appreciation for the outdoors.
On March 5, 1977, Harry married the love of his life, Christine M. Gray. Together, they shared decades of laughter, love, and memories, raising a family that meant the world to him.
Harry held a variety of jobs over the years, working in East Liberty Electro Plating, Pet Supplies Plus, and Aquaworld. In each role, he brought a strong work ethic and a kind heart.
A passionate fisherman, Harry found peace and purpose in nature. He was a proud member of the Zelienople Sportsmans Club and a longtime member of the Greater Pittsburgh Aquarium Society, where he shared his love of aquatic life with fellow enthusiasts.
Harry is survived by his devoted wife, Christine M. Gray; his daughters Dana M. (Vance) Wayne of Castle Rock, CO, and Erin C. Lopes of Greensburg, PA; grandchildren Matthew Marino and Emily Lopes; and his sister Anna (George) Bethlehem of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Norman and Mary Jean Gray, and his sister Bonnie Wilson.
Harry will be remembered for his gentle spirit, his sense of humor, and the quiet strength with which he lived his life. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories.
