She was born in Denver, Colorado on July 22, 1920. Jacquie graduated from St. Mary's High School.
She was married to Lawrence A. Mercer on October 11, 1952.
Jacquie was a member of St. James Catholic Church and had a passion for miniature and toy poodles.
She is survived by her sister-in-law, Theda McClinton, nephews; Joe McClinton (Shannon), Craig Olson, Michael McClinton, Henry Mercer (Kellie), nieces; Michele Osburn (Brad), Joyce Curtis and Mary Ann Flannery.
Memorial Service will be held at 11:00AM, Monday, December 9th, 2013 at Moore Howard Chapel, with inurnment service immediately following at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
