James Kyung, a software engineer, and a life-long resident of Colorado, passed away unexpectedly but peacefully at age 52 on March 25, 2023, at Parker Adventist Hospital with his devoted wife, Vijitha, loving Brother Gene and Father John and his relatives at his side. His short life on this earth will be cherished and celebrated. He will not be forgotten.
His infectious smile and his baby-like innocence is hard to come by. James loves movies, coffee, food, guns, heavy metal music, New York Giants, Arts and little wooden gadgets and trinkets. His goofy jokes and pranks are some of many things that will be missed by the ones who love him deeply.
James truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures, spending lovely time with wife and family, watching movies, playing games, snacking, and vacationing when possible. James had a sweet childlike curiosity and an uncanny ability to reach people in a deep and positive way. Everyone who knew him described him as handsome, gentle, kind, smart, and devoted.
The warrior entered his true and eternal life, greeted by those who have gone before him, rising to meet the Author of all things.
“The dream is ended. This is the morning.”
