Joe S. Walsh

Joe S. Walsh of Denver, Colorado went to heaven on March 26, 2012. He was born in Rogers, Arkansas on March 13, 1952, to Jim and Jonell Walsh. Joe graduated from Kennedy High School and attended Western State. He was married to Bobbi Walsh and they would have been celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary this August. Joe loved to travel with his family and was passionate about helping others. In the last couple of years, he was active with various pulmonary organizations. His determination of not letting anything slow him down was evident when he was diagnosed with IPF 6 years ago. He accepted his fate and decided to be an advocate for IPF research and to assist others facing the same challenges. Joe was an unforgettable individual that touched many lives. He is survived by his wife, Bobbi, and sons Jason (Brenda), Justin (Rachel) and three grandchildren; Vivian, Trevor and Brady. He is also survived by his sister, Deb Serwa (Paul) and their children; Brian and Brenda. Donations in memory of Joe Walsh may be sent in care of:
