Earth has no sorrow, that Heaven can't heal.  My prayers are with you and the family during your time of loss.  I was a classmate of Niles back in Nanih Waiya in elementary school.

Tara, Ronnie, words are not adequate to convey the depth of empathy, sympathy and love that I feel for you at the loss of Niles.  To Ginger, too, I offer the sympathy of one who has lost a sibling recently.  Love of family does not diminish through death, though, so know that the pain of loss, that pain that cuts to the heart so terribly, is only a reminder of the depth of love that you and your family feel for one another.  As I Corr 13:13 reminds us, our faith in the resurrection and our hope in the Lord does not diminish, it remains, along with our love, and that love is the greatest.

So sorry about Niles - "For I know the plans I have for you, says God - they are plans for good, to give you a future and hope. In those days when you pray, I will listen.- JEREMIAH 29.11

Tara and Ronnie, I just learned of the death of your son, Niles.
My prayers are with the entire family during your time of sorrow. No words are adequated in times like this but please remember what Jesus said,"This to shall pass".

I remember Niles from when we were kids.  He was a good friend. He will be missed.

From the first day he twirled me around Bowen Hall (his first day of college at MSU), through the perils and bliss of living in Washington, DC (where he thankfully and never once complained about having to parallel park my car everywhere b/c I couldn't get the hang of it) and through the visits the past few years when he hid his illness from me...it was a very Niles thing to do...I'm comforted that he was able to move to Denver and make a difference.  All the years we blinged out red ribbons, and I never though I would have to wear one for him...my heart is broken.  Sweet dreams my Nilesy.  I will always love you-- my favorite Republican....the funniest quotes ever came from you...I won't even be able to eat a moon pie or see a man carrying a "purse" (LOL BEN!) without thinking of you!

Deeply saddened to hear that Niles has left us. He has a kind heart and a good sprit and I look forward to seeing him again. Till then, take care cousin and save a seat for me

I had the privilege of meeting Niles and developing a friendship with him during graduate school at Mississippi State University. Niles was truly one of a kind and I'm grateful to have had the chance to know him. He will truly be missed. It's ironic that he and I did karaoke to the song "Unbreak My Heart". I was so sorry to hear about Niles. Grief can be so hard, but special memories help you cope. Remembering you in my thoughts and prayers.

I grieve with you for your loss.  I find myself wishing I'd known Niles, but knowing his parents I know I would've liked him and the love of his family tells me he was a wonderful man.  I wish I could be with you to help carry this burden and celebrate Nile's entrance into God's glory.  May God's blessing be on you all
