A beautiful, compassionate, loving mother, sister, aunt, mother-in-law, and friend to many is how Patricia will always be remembered. Pat always had a true love for life and lived every day of her life to the fullest. She found joy in the simplest of things and appreciated every moment she shared with her loved ones. Her incredible ability to make others smile with her humor was truly a gift!
Pat grew up in New York City and moved to Colorado in 1999. Although she missed her son William and the majority of her family residing in New York, she cultivated an amazing life in the company of her daughter Elizabeth in the beauty of Colorado. Pat was always on the go, never wasting a moment...always exploring what her new hometown had to offer. She truly enjoyed the 16 years she lived amongst the beauty of the Rocky Mountains. One of her favorite mountain towns being Vail! Quite often she ventured to Clear Creek in Golden, not too far from home. She enjoyed the rushing waters down the creek, watching the kayakers and tubers, and just relaxing in the beauty of nature and interacting with people. She had an incredible love for children...which were plentiful there on any given day. After being diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma and setbacks that she was challenged with, Clear Creek became a place of solace for her.
Pat had many interests...knitting, reading, cooking, traveling, taking walks, scenic drives, and of course shopping!
Pat never ceased being a giving person. She enjoyed volunteering in her community. Despite what she was going through she still cared for others and gave all that she was able to.
Pat always had complete faith in God...which gave her hope and strength every day of her life.
