Richard Claude/Anne Hayes Jr., 62, of Lakewood, CO passed away Oct. 9, 2018. He was born in Columbus, Ohio on June 7, 1956. Richard graduated from Jefferson High. Richard was an Entrepreneur and had a passion for traveling, football and Nascar. He is survived by his daughter; Adrienne Hayes, grandchildren; Thomas and Lillian Ryan and his siblings; Ryan and Reece Hayes.
