He honorably served the United States in the US Army, and later in Law Enforcement, eventually retiring from Aurora Public Schools. He loved a good kilt and was proud of his heritage. Roger was a beloved husband to Nancy; father, to Roger Junior, James, Steve, Maria, and Sophia; grandfather and community member. Roger was a devoted family man, taking care of his wife Nancy and spending quality time with his family was very important to him. He was also passionate about educating veterans in regard to utilizing their military benefits fully. Roger was a proud member of the American Legion.
Service details are pending. Roger will be laid to rest at Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver.
