I am sorry to hear of  your loss, Scott and I went to junior and high school together and he was always a friend to all. He will be missed in this life, but will be in all of our hearts. May it give you peace to know that you will see him again in heaven.

To my wonderful, strong family, I love you. Even though we are all very sad that Scott is gone from this place, he is always with us in our hearts and memories. I will miss his goofy grin, big hugs, and way of "singing." :-) My heart aches, but I know I will see him again someday. I will pray for us all and celebrate the joy of the love he gave me. Rest in Peace, Scott.

So sorry for your loss. We go back to Village East and the Raiders. The Starr family is in the thoughts of so many people who remember all the joy Scott brought to their lives.

Scott was a good friend in both junior high and high school and was always so admired and respected for his kindness and athletic talent. I will cherish and celebrate the memories of so many fun times and laughter spent together. Scott had a huge heart and will never be forgotten. Dear Starr Family,  My deepest condolences to you during this difficult and sad time.  I only knew Scott from  elementary school through high school, but a fond memory of mine is he and I reminiscing at graduation about our tetherball competitions at Village East and the Valentine candy he left in my bin in 4th grade.  He had a good heart and was always very kind. Keeping you all in my prayers, may he rest in peace.

Thinking about the Starr family at this sad time in their lives. What I knew of Scott was that he was a "good guy".

Carolyn and I want to send our deepest regrets to Bill and Phylis Starr and the entire family at the passing of Scott Starr.  Over the past 15 years that we have had season tickets to the Broncos, we have enjoyed going to games together, having many breakfasts, and of course our annual birthday celebration at Outbacks.  Scott was an extremely good friend who we will dearly miss.
