Sharon Kay Tate

Sharon Kay Tate passed away on February 25th, 2026, at the age of 85. She was born on November 20th, 1940, in Borger, Texas, and was a resident of Brighton, Colorado. In passing, Sharon joins her loving family members that have proceeded her, including her husband, one daughter, aunts, uncles and parents. Sharon loved reading historical romance novels, cooking, playing solitaire, going to Avalanche hockey games, watching NY Rangers games and Broncos games with her son, Clayton and spending time with her grandson and great grandson. Sharon was a prayer warrior, she prayed through every struggle and her family always contacted her to pray for them. Sharon leaves behind her son, Clayton, her grandson, Tracy, his wife, Danielle, and her great grandson, Jeremiah.

A visitation will be held at Olinger Hampden Mortuary & Cemetery, 8600 East Hampden Ave, Denver, CO 80231, US, on March 11, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. A Celebration of Life will be held at Olinger Hampden Mortuary & Cemetery, 8600 East Hampden Ave, Denver, CO 80231, US, on March 11, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 1:45 pm. Burial will be held at Olinger Hampden Mortuary & Cemetery, 8600 East Hampden Ave, Denver, CO 80231, US, on March 11, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
