A funeral service for Chang will be held Tuesday, May 27, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Oehler Funeral Home, 2099 Miner Street, Des Plaines, IL. Following the funeral service will be a committal service from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Shalom Cemetery, 1700 W. Rand Rd, Arlington Heights, IL.
