Chester Andrew Koziol of Des Plaines was born on November 19, 1928 to the late Stanley and Mary (nee Syslo) Koziol, and passed away on December 25, 2021. Chester was the beloved husband to the late Isabel Koziol; beloved brother to the late Mary K. Jesuit (late Stanley); fond uncle to Cecilia Moberg; and dear great uncle to Craig, Carl, Cynthia, Chariss, Curtis, Vincent, Keith, and Matthew. He will be missed dearly.
Visitation will be Tuesday, January 4 from 3-8 at Oehler Funeral Home, 2099 Miner St. Des Plaines, IL 60016. Prayers will be said the following day, Wednesday, January 5 at 9:15 AM at the funeral home, then process to St. Emily Church for the funeral mass at 10 AM. Interment will be at St. Adalbert’s Cemetery.
