Emily Sexton, “Mrs. Carr”, 82, passed away April 29, 2017, surrounded by family. Cherished mother of Harlan Moore, Clifford Casto, Charlotte (Ron) O’Donnell and Martha Ells; loving grandmother of Richard Moore, Rachel (Chuck) Geske, Celina (Jonny) Escamilla, Jacob Casto and the late Emma Louise Carr; dear great grandmother of Shayna and Elliana Escamilla; special GG of Elizabeth Rose and Emillie Geske; adoring sister of Trudy (Pat) O’Conner, Faye (Fabe) Rotheimer, Geneva (Rick) Moudy, Jenny (Bob) Rosenkranz and Bracky (Sandy) Brewer; aunt of many nieces and nephews. Emily was preceded in death by her parents, Harlan and Martha Brewer, as well as her siblings Barney and Kenneth Brewer, Sarah Runyan, Polly Brewer, Sherrill Hyc and Emily Lund. Memorial visitation Saturday, May 6, from 11-12 PM at Oehler Funeral Home, 2099 Miner Street, Des Plaines, with a service at 12 PM. Interment private.
