Lillian D. Elsner

Lillian D. Elsner (nee Bartz) was born on April 15, 1922 in Niles, IL and passed away quietly the morning of April 4, 2020 at Alden Estates in Naperville, IL. Beloved wife of the late Edwin Elsner; dear mother of the late Robert (Nancy J.) Elsner, Nancy L (Larry) Lambin, and Debra (Kenneth) Peluso; loving grandmother of Donna (Dennis) Hubbard, Denise Uthe, Stephen Gebeck, Kristin (Ron) Trani, Natalie (Alan) Moylan, Brittany (Jesse) Jernigan, Gina and Dominick Peluso; fond great-grandmother of Jacob Hubbard, Isabelle, Ava, and Leah Uthe, Kayla, Madison, Graysen, and Kennedy Trani, Kayden Gebeck, Angela and Lily Moylan; sister of the late Edwin (Evelyn) Bartz, Adele (Frank) Nowobilski, and Dick (Nikki) Bartz.

Lillian was a sweet, kind, caring, and compassionate soul that was loved by many. She was deeply devoted to her family and she cherished the time we all got to spend together. She will be missed by those who knew her, loved her, and cared for her.

A private visitation and service will be held at Oehler Funeral Home, 2099 Miner Street, Des Plaines, IL followed by a private interment at Saint Paul Lutheran Cemetery, Skokie, IL.
