Thomas Morton Hovey, 38, lost his two and a half year battle with cancer on August 1st. Tom was a devoted husband to Denelle; loving son of Tom and Claudia Hovey; dear brother to Brian (Melissa) Hovey, Jennifer (Tom) Healy, Steve (Beth) Hovey; proud uncle to Katie, Jack, and Claudia; beloved grandson of Helen Hovey, and was loved by many extended family members. A former resident of Chicago, where he was employed by Littelfuse, Tom moved to Madison, Wisconsin just over a year ago. He enjoyed traveling with his wife, cooking, and spending time with his family and friends. A visitation will be held from 10:30-1:00p.m., Thursday, with a memorial service immediately following, at Oehler Funeral Home, 2099 Miner St. (Rt. 14/Northwest Hwy. at Rand Rd.), Des Plaines.
