Edward Marshall "Mick" Quinn died peacefully at his home on Friday, June 26, 2015. Born September 14, 1924 in Dexter, MI son of Charles L. and Grace (nee Marshall) Quinn. A life long resident of the Dexter area. Mick graduated Dexter High School in 1941 and served in the U.S. Army Finance Dept. attaining the rank of Staff Sargent during WWII in the European Theatre. He was a Charter Member, Past Commander and Life Member of Dexter Post 557 The American Legion. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters; Lucille Bell and Dorothy Quinn and one brother Charles Quinn. He is survived by two nieces, three nephews, cousins and numerous close friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 3410 Broad Street, Dexter with visitation from 10:00 until time of Mass at 11:00. Burial will follow service at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery also in Dexter. Donations may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church or Dexter Post 557 The American Legion.
